My wife and I moved to Barcelona in April of 2025 and used Going to Barcelona to help us with the relocation. Tristan was wonderful. We very quickly found a flat but decided to wait for another one that we liked even more but wouldn’t be ready for 6 to 8 weeks.

I moved from the Netherlands to Barcelona and honestly would’ve been lost without Tristan and Mitzi. I honestly don’t know where to start! My partner and I had been searching for an apartment in Barcelona for months before our paths crossed with Tristan, and I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us.

From day one, he was absolutely incredible. He arranged apartment viewings on the very same day we started working with him! You cannot imagine how impossible that is until you experience the Barcelona housing market yourself (and believe me, it is beyond your wildest dreams!).

And he managed to secure the apartment we truly wanted, despite what was probably hundreds of other applicants AND the fact that we have a dog (which, trust me, makes an already impossible situation even more challenging!).

We decided to hire Tristan and Mitzi after hearing so many horror stories about the difficulty of the Barcelona rental market. They made the process so easy from start to finish. I cannot recommend this service enough! Moving to Barcelona from abroad could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience, but their team made the entire transition remarkably smooth.
They helped me with every essential step: finding the right apartment, securing my TIE and empadronamiento, setting up high-speed internet, and opening a local bank account. Without their guidance, navigating the Spanish administrative system would have been daunting.
